Registered products are not showing when I loin

I have just tried registering my Acronis products as am having problems to get any updates but when I type in the serial numbers it tells me they are already registered - so why don't they appear on the screen ? I have purchased Trueimage 10 and 11 upgrade correctly from Acronis, the problem I am having is I have a new Acer netbook and I can't get the recovery CD to load on it - it just goes to a black screen saying the loader cannot start. This CD works on my old HP510 notebook. So am assuming I need somesort of recovery CD update?

I understand the question and will do everything possible from my side to give you a clear explanation.

First of all please clarify do you have an Acer netbook with external CD/DVD drive or Acer notebook?

If you have a netbook then the thing is that neither Acronis True Image 10.0 Home nor Acronis True Image 11 Home can be used with netbooks. That is why you receive an error message when you use Acronis bootable disc.

Special for netbooks Acronis company has developed Acronis True Image Home 2010 Netbook Edition, it is a version of Acronis True Image Home 2010 and is sold at a lower price than Acronis True Image Home 2010. There is no option to purchase an upgrade to Acronis True Image Home 2010 Netbook Edition.

I may also recommend you download free trial version of Acronis True Image Home 2010 Netbook Edition and see if it works flawlessly on your Acer netbook.

Unfortunately I can’t find any registered products under your account, so I can’t check the serial numbers for Acronis True Image 10.0 Home and Acronis True Image 11 Home that you have. Can you please send me the serial numbers via PM so I can check what the issue is?
