Reinstall Acronis True Image 2014 after a new windows installation on crashed computer.

I have a 3 license registration for personal use. My wife's laptop crashed and required a new windows install. I'm trying to reinstall Image 2014 and it gets quite a ways into the install and rolls it back. The explanation says something about registration. I think it's being blocked thinking it's being added to a 4th computer but it's not. Any ideas?
