Rescue Media builder autostart...?

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I just purchased ATIH 2012 and it works like a charm :-)

However I would like to know if it is possible to automate a couple of tasks in the boot media created by Rescue Media Builder.

Would it be possible to have ATIH autostart after booting so I don't need to press to proceed after having booted?

Also I wonder if I can have ATIH autostart in Recovery mode so it goes directly to displaying the available backup files without any user intervention after booting...

Third question. The Rescue Media boots up using a US keyboard. Does it exist a way to have it boot using a national keyboard layout? I examined the startup parameters in the builder, but that seemed to mainly address hardware settings and incompatibilities...

Thanks for comments on this. It seems that ATIH is a great software :-)

regards Tor

You can have the Rescue Media Builder create boot media that has autostart enabled. The setting is on the screen with the selection of the components to add to the media (at the bottom right) when in the "Rescue Media Builder" application. You should include both the main program and the system report options, in case of a future need for troubleshooting. Be sure to update your rescue media if you ever update the version of your software.

I don't think you can have the Rescue Media go straight into the Recovery mode, but someone else may know.

I am also not sure about the keyboard layout change either. Since I'm in the US, I've never even given it much thought. Maybe someone else has already tried this and can post their results here.
