[RESOLVED] Serial number not accepted
I copied the serial number from the DVD sleeve to a text file, checked it about 5 times, paste it into registration, but it's always rejected.
Any solution? Should I send the product back?

That web page is out of date -- the product was shipped with a 64-character serial number. Using the procedure on the web page got me the same number back.

Still waiting. Acronis screwed up when they packaged the product and now they're giving me the run-around.

Well, searching the web a bit I see what's happened. Acronis True Image, which had been a good product, screwed the pooch with the 2012/2013 product (probably due to "feature creep") and they started having a lot of problems. A forward-thinking company would have responded by redoubling their service efforts, but Acronis instead circled the wagons, and started using delay tactics (beginning with the crummy web site) to keep disgruntled customers at bay.

The issue was caused by the wrong serial number in the boxed version purchased from Amazon. This affects a very limited number of our Customers and we will be more than happy to replace the faulty serial numbers.
