Thread needs solution

Hi Folks,

I recently purchased Migrate Easy which is a brilliant product, based on this I tried to purchase an upgrade to True Image Home 2012 (following the link in the software) which all worked and I downloaded the software and then tried to upgrade but low and behold no I can't use that upgrade because I needed to have an older copy of True Image Home.

So I've emailed support and customer services all to no avail and absolutely no response.

I'm I just having bad luck, is this indicative of the customer services I should expect from Acronis?

Either way I am left with no option but to try and claim back the money via PayPal, all I wanted was a response and some help.

Shame on you Acronis.

If serial number of ME 7 is of 25 characters, installer will not accept it and you'll have to use the workaround with a trial key as described in http://kb.acronis.com/content/24146

Unless you used their online support form while logged-on as a registered user, I'm not surprised your emails got no response--I can't even imagine how many emails Acronis might get. When I contacted them via their Email Support online form I got a response within a couple business days that included the solution to my problem.

I am glad that the initial installation issue was resolved. I could not find any cases in our system under your current e-mail to which your Acronis products are registered. We have one entry from you in our Customer Listening System but this is not a support queue.
