Restore Cloud Backup Schedule to reinstalled computer

After a windows 7 corruption requiring a full reinstall, I lost my scheduled Acronis TI 2015 backup jobs which included a daily backup of selected files to Acronis Cloud. Attempted to reimage from ATIH 2015, however, the corruption was on the image as well which resulted in my using Dell's restore back to date of delivery. My questions is this - am I somehow able to copy the backup jobs scheduled from my image file such that the daily cloud backup can be seen by the reinstall and restarted? If not, I guess I have no alternative but to possibly unlink this computer in Acronis Cloud and start a brand new backup. Hopefully I've explained myself clearly such that someone is able to assist.
