Restoring a back up made on a raid system to a non raid system

Hello all,
My friend has a dell dimension 9200 with two 160GB drives in Raid 0. Windows 7. One drive has failed, if I were to replace the drive and use a non raid setup, can the backup he made with true image 2010 be used for recovery? The backup was made when the system had disks configure to raid 0.
