To roll-back the recovery manager, how reliable

Thread needs solution

Acronis TI 2009 Home on Windows XP SP3 on HDD drive SATA, MBR scheme, one active Windows XP system boot partition, one additional primary data partition and one extended part with 2 logical disks with user files.

Acronis TI Recovery Manager was one time in use on that Windows XP installation.
Also the Acronis Secure Zone.
If to deactivate the Recovery Maganer how reliable/clean will be the roll-back made by TI?
Especially all the data changed by TI in drives/volumes boot regions while Recovery Manager enable.

Put in other words: How is the best way to get MBR and all boot stuff of active system partition
back into the state as prior ATI Recovery Manager enable?
