Running 3 days - no change in status

Using True Image 2015 Unlimited, I've been running a full computer back, total size is about 2.5 TB.

It's been running for four days now. But the status indicators has not changed for the last two days. For the last two days, it has say "Backing up... 431 GB out of 2.515 TB processed, 5 days 3 hours remaining"

I can use Windows Resource Monitor to verify that the process TrueImageHomeService is pushing data out to the net at a rate that varies between 600 kb/s to about 3.5 mb/s.

So I know data is moving, why is the status not changing? How do I know how much longer this is going to take or if something is gone wrong?
