Scheduler
I am running true image home 2011 and I have the latest build. I'm having problems with the scheduler, I set it up to do what I want it to do and I check the box that says to save as default then I click OK to save it and there it is the schedule is all set up but when I restart my computer and start the program again the schedule is gone and everything I setup in it is all gone so I have to set the schedule up again and this happens every time I shut my computer down or restart it. I even downloaded the latest build of Acronis Scheduler and it made no difference, anybody have any idea what is wrong?
yes it's there the second one in the list and it says it's on.
Try to repair install the program.
Is the schedule setting saved before your shutdown the computer? I mean, if you set a schedule, close ATI and relaunch it, do you see the settings savec?
I have restarted my computer 3 times and it's saving it now all except for the notification area I keep checking the box in the lower left hand corner to save as default then when I start the program again the box is unchecked.
Which box remains unchecked? The notification one or the save as default?
It is normal that save as default comes back unchecked once you have checked it before and clicked on OK.
If it is the notification one, try to check it, then come back to the first "scheme" tab of that dialog box, and then click OK. There is some bugs in 2011 that prevent saving changes to that dialog box if you are not on the first tab when you click OK.
there's a save as default in all 4 of them I check them all then then click OK then I click save and the next time I start the program all 4 of them have the save as default unchecked.
Try saving one of them without the default box ticked - what happens?
There have been reports of some scheduler entries not taking effect if another tab is clicked before saving.

This is normal behavior. If you click on save as default settings, and then exit the dialog box, the next time you open this dialog box, the box "save as default settings" will be unmarked, but the actual choices should be the ones you saved.
