Scheduling for back ups to different target drives

I am contemplating purchasing TIH 2011 but would like to know if I am able to create a scheme which allows the following;

I have a 500GB drive with two partitions, C:OS+Apps & E:Data

I'd like to carry out a weekly full system image of the disk to both an external HDD and to a second, internal HDD.

In addition, I'd like to carry out a daily incremental (or maybe differential) backup of the E: DATA to the internal HDD, but not to the external

Can TIH be setup to carry this out automatically or does it require any manual intervention?

What happens if the computer is switched out at the time of scheduled back-up....does it back-up at next power up, or does it require manual intervention again?
