Scheduling login information not valid

Thread needs solution

As per the attached image Acronis TrueImage will not accept my username and password.
This is the username and password for my computer although I bypass logon as I am the only user. The login information is valid. TrueImage is wrong to state that this is an error.
TrueImage is latest buile 13.0.0.7160.
TrueImage was working OK until last week when I had to replace the power supply and relabel the remote disk which is used for backups.
If I can't find a simple solution I am thinking of ditching Acronis and using RoboCopy as Acronis seems too complicated.

Hello Barry,

Welcome to the forum and thank you for posting. I will definitely help you with this issue.

It appears the credentials are incorrect. If you have no password on your Windows machine please leave the password blank when scheduling backups. If there is a password but you are still getting this issue please use the solution from this article.

If the suggestion in the article fails to help, please get back to me with this report so that I can study Acronis program logs.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Thank you.

Found a reference to Acronis Scheduler utility on another post. Ran that utility and rebooted and the scheduled jobs now appear and can edit them.

However I just upgraded to ATIH2011 and now I am unabloe to edit the System Backup. It appears on the list but unlike the file backup it is impossible to edit this system backup and there is no schedule for weekly backup listed. Also using the wizard there is no way to make a new system backup.

Hello Barry,

Thank you for replying.

Acronis True Image 2011 Home no longer has System State backup. You can however recover system state backups created by ATIH 2010 Home. Please check this link for more information.

If you have additional questions please let me know.

Thank you.
