Screenshot settings not showing after successful backup

I check the setting in the option settings for "Screenshot" when the backup is being made and I think I have had one successful screenshot out of 6 that I've done on this batch. I have already written Acronis about this and they had me do a fresh install which helped me get the one out of six that I just wrote about. I just don't know why this doesn't work for me so I thought maybe I would try another user that checks that option and see if they are having any luck and if so how are they setting it to work.
