Secure zone not reachable with windows explorer

The partition is there, according to Administrative Tools but I can't assign a drive letter to it; nor can I browse it with windows explorer.
I had to create another partition on a second disk to continue to schedule backups.
How can I recover this partition OR is Acronis support capable of linking with my PC and examining the problem directly?

I can see the partition (FAT32), in the Admin Tools/Computer Mgmt tool, but cannot assign a drive letter nor see it in explorer. I did create a task that tries to backup to the secure zone but it hangs at 0% progress.
At this stage (having secured a backup on a second drive); how can I blow the secure zone away OR recover it for use by TrueImage(11) - as I have been able to do in the past?
