Secure Zone Trick doesn't give me the option to delete new SZ

Thread needs solution

Hey I'm having the same Dell cloning issue of my new hard drive being smaller. I used the Roadkill Sector Editor, then the Hitachi Feature Tool. I now have 187GB of unallocated space. So I then tried the SZ trick, and all that did was create an ASZ. When I go back into Manage ASZ, the Unallocated space and ASZ are grayed out. I cannot select them, I can't edit them, I can't do anything with them. So now I have 187GB of Unallocated Space, plus 54.88MB of Acronis Secure Zone. Any ideas on what to do now? Thanks for the help anyone could give me

Oh and I'm using True Image 2009 Home

With 2009 the SZ trick has to be done differently .... sorry I don't remember details except that I think you get a graphic representation in the form of a bar that shows the used space and the rest of the space. You then have to drag the used space bar so that it occupies the entire drive.

See if you come across anything remotely resembling what I described.

Well, I was able to delete the ASZ, but I still can't get to the Unallocated Space. Everything in the Manage ASZ is about increasing, decreasing, removing, or creating a new ASZ. There's nothing about editing the current partitions, or even when I delete the ASZ, allowing me to defer that space to the primary partition. When I do anything with an ASZ, there is that sliding bar that lets me decide how big or small to make it, but that's the only bar I get. Here's a screenshot of when I open up the Manage ASZ

Holy crap I finally got it fixed. Thanks to all those with tutorials and investigating you've already done. Much appreciated
