The serial number is registered to another account

I have bought TI 2014. I switched to SSD disk so I had to reinstall my computer. I have reinstalled TI and it was working fine until I realized that notebook GSM chip does not work. IT admin did something and since then Acronis is saying that there are too many activations. I clicked on a message and it presented a dialog box "The serial number is registered to another account" with two options: "Submit credentials of another account" and "Activate with another serial number". I downloaded SN from acronis website and successfully submitted it. But there is no change, the message still appears. What is wrong?
