Slow backup via Internet
Establishing a backup from one PC to a NAS-Storage equipment via internet, the ATIH software starts quick, but after 24h only reaches 83%. The first 50% have been reached within one our!
Trying the same backup to a USB drive directly connected to the PC, the backup is finishing after 20 minutes. The transmission speed, that I get from the "ressourcen monitor" is about 7 B/s. The upload capacity of my internet account is 2000kbit/sec. Doing some ftp transfer to check the upload performance shows a speed near 1700kbit/sec. Round trip delay < 7msec. What can be the problem?

Looks like the issue is related to the connectivity to the target location. Could you please gather Acronis System Report, and Wireshark from the problem machine? Please open a support request with the information attached, and let us know the case number.

Thanks. But the problem is that your system is alwas telling me, that the file is to big. It has 1749kb which is not really big...

From your post it looks like you have about a 2Meg upload speed? If I have that correct, then a 30G backup is going to take quite a while. You can't just divide 30G/2M for a time -- There is more overhead to a backup than a straight forward FTP.
y're right. I'm using webdav to connect the external NAS. The last backup i strated last sunday. it finished today! unfortunately i can not connect via ftp. it works with filezilla or another ftp-client but not with ATIH 2012. maybe i have to investigate some more time in that.
