slow recovery (download speed)

When I backup some files and directories, I get an steady 4.7 Mbps upload toward acronis servers.

When I want to restore the same files, It will be restored with an average of 3 Mbps. It's also not steady, it peaks and drops to zero.

Where other backup-solutions fails in upload, for me Acronis fails in restoring because of these speeds.

I have a 50/5 Mbps (D/U) connection.
I'm using the program interface (not the web interface to restore)
Also set the priority to high in online backup settings.
Did not set a bandwith limitation.
Neither can be the system specs: i5-750, 8 GB RAM, RAID-0

Are these normal speeds for restoring files?
