slow on shutdown
in windows 7 32 bit my computer takes a long time to shut down up to5 mins
i have by trial and error in startup programs disabling programs one by one have found
that disabling c\program files\acronis\true image home\timouter monitor.exe
and c\program files\acronis\true image home\trueimagemonitor.exe
my computor now shut down in seconds
when i shut down i am not using any acronis programs
i have version 15.0.7133 installed can you give any help please

The two items you have disabled do in fact belong to Acronis TIH. They are normally loaded automatically upon system boot. You will lose some program functionality if you disable them. Backups and restore will still work, but taskbar notifications will not be seen. (trueimagemonitor.exe).
Not sure about the exact purpose of timountermonitor.exe.
I have these running on my systems (Win8 64bit, Win7 64bit, and Win7 32bit). The shutdown with these running does sometimes take a little longer, but never 5 min. You may have conflicts with other software installed on your system that is causing the extended shutdown time.
You could eliminate all but the two Acronis entries to see how the system shuts down with just those two running. If it improves, you could then add each one back individually to see if there is a conflict between one or more of your other startup items.
