Software trying to delete wrong image when selecting an image to Remove

Thread needs solution

I am using True Image 2010 build 7,046. When I try to Remove an image I get a pop-up dialog box telling me it wants to delete other images...

Steps:

1) Right click image named 20090214
2) Select Remove
Results
3) Get the dialog box in the attached screenshot showing it wants to delete backups with a different name!

Any ideas how I can fix this?

What type of images are these? Full + incrementals or differentials, consolidated images?

Has TI been either interrupted during the making of these images, eg: disk full, power cut etc; or any parts of the tasks archive been manually deleted through Windows Explorer?

Not that I know of. It is a fairly old backup that I am trying to delete. I do NOT want to delete the backups it thinks it wants to delete, only the one I selected.

Hello Rasmon and Colin!

Thank you for your comments and many thanks to Colin for his kind assistance!

Dear Rasmon, thank you for finding time to open the thread and share your concerns with us! The product may really display dissimilar name since it's connecting to the backup through the meta folder created. So probably there's nothing to worry about, but we'd still like to be sure in it.

I would advise you to contact support directly so that they could verify the identity of the backups.

Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Thank you!
