Strange interaction with Kaspersky Internet Security
Every time I reboot my computer, I can't edit a TrueImage job unless I disable Kaspersky Internet Security. If I don't disable Kaspersky, TrueImage will shut down with Exception code: 0xc0000005 (screenshot attached).
I've found a workaround that doesn't require me to shut down Kaspersky. While TrueImage will shut down with the same error as often as I try to edit a job, the problem goes away if I send an error report to Acronis. If I allow TrueImage to send an error report to Acronis, I can edit my backup jobs as often as I want until I reboot my computer.
What is it about sending an error report that suddenly makes TrueImage start to play nicely with Kaspersky Internet Security?

[Full disclosure and confession of double-posting: I started talking about this problem in a different thread on this forum. I basically copied the last post on the previous thread here to get it started under the correct subject header.]
