submenu does not start

Hi,
I have succefully updated to ATIH 2012, but some submenus of "strumenti e utilità" does not always start
(i.e. strumenti e utilità ----->clonedisk or sicurezza e privacy ---->pulizia del sistema, ecc.); I have tried to uninstall all and repeat install, but nothing is changed.
If I exit ATIH and run it again, nine on ten does the submenu does not function; what to do ??
