Sync between different versions of TIH and different Windows OS

I have two questions:

1. I have 1 account and 2 PCs (under the same account).

One PC runs Windows7 Ultimate 64bit and has TIH 2012 installed,

the other runs Windows XP SP3 Pro and TIH 2010.

Is it possible to sync these two machines?

2. How do I get rid of this message?

“Your subscription to Acronis Online Backup has expired. All operations except recovery are unavailable. All online backups will be deleted in -days. Update subscription.”

It has been coming up for many days in a row, well past the “online backup will be deleted in -1 days”.

I cannot unsubscribe because:
“Current subscription status
No subscriptions are active!”
