Sync Won't Stop

Hi
I had a folder being sync to acronis cloud. Now that the trial is over for the cloud I can't stop the sync.
I Tried deleting the datadase and changed the sync agent service to manual but I still get multiple errors every day. This on Acronis True Image 2015.
