System backup completes with errors but no log entries

Thread needs solution

I am running True Image Home 2010 build 7046. I have a system backup using disk and partion backup. When I run this it says in the main window that the "operation completed with errors". I try and check the log button and put in the correct date range and nothing shows up. So at this point, my backup has failed (there is no backup file on my external disk) and I can't find the log entry to tell me what is wrong. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for your post. I will definitely assist you with this issue.

You can save the log file by clicking on the tasks&log tab in the main program menu, right click on the specific log and select save as. Please check this article which is not related to this issue, but it shows how you can perform those steps.

I have another idea though. Please send me a private message with the AcronisInfo report, which collects all Acronis logs, and I will be able to analyze them and let you know what is wrong.
