System Recovey not working USB / CD / from System Win 7 Ultimate

Hi there,

sorry for my bad english but I have a big issue to you.

I'm using Win 7 Ultimate on a Intel Xeon CPU E5-2690 (two of them). I'm telling you that because I think theres the main issue,  why recovery systems are not working.

When I boot from CD oder USB I (CD with Linux and USB only WINPE) get to the True Image Recovery background image (that one with the patent numbers on it), but then it doesn't continue. I think, that Linux Kernel can not handle my two cpus.

I really tried many ways but I didn't maneged to recover my system. I hopefully looking forward, that you can help me!
