Task disappeared from list

Thread needs solution

Hello!

I just thought it was a bad dream, but indeed my for years used tasks (True Image Home 11, Build 8.0.1.0) were gone.
Not funny at all, one was daily scheduled, the other one was for an on-demand-image. They must have been lost (how?) before last Monday (2011-02-14) since my Sunday image is present. And by great intelligence, I skipped to get a system message after an image was completed since that was boring during a period of testing.

I decided to recreate them manually even I may have taken the image of Sunday fore there will be no essential losts.

My simple question is: where were these tasks stored, how to save them as a explicit backup, how to restore just them from an image without installing it (in total)?
Would pay a million for good old DOS times each program had it's own INI file to be backuped to a good place.

Hi, same to me, my tasks (unscheduled) suddenly became lost (TIH10),

- where are they?

- Did you get an answer to this question?

- Any supporter did read this message?

best, JD

Tasks are stored in the "Scripts" folder. Everytime you do a backup of your system disk (usually C), the "scripts" folder is included in the backup.

If you have a backup when the tasks actually existed, you should be able to copy from the backup to your current disk. Whether they can be of assistance, I am not sure.

In the 2009 or 2010 versions, I believe you can copy a specific task from a backup file into the current Scripts folder and that backup will appear as if it has never been removed.
