TI 2013 Std - Move install from XP to 7

I am replacing my file share server and I want to "move" the TI to the new one. My questions are:

Is TI2013 Std compatible with Windows 7 ?
Can I copy or export my backup plan from old to new ?
How do I handle licensing when I make this change ?
