TI has let me down yet again - "Recovery failed" - WHY!!!

Thread needs solution

For the umpteenth time , Acronis TI has again failed me in my hour of need. It nearly always does, and yet again I ask myself why I go on spending good money on it. Just what does one have to do to make it perform as it's supposed to, and as it's relentlessly advertised as doing? I really am totally disenchanted with this product and feel I'm now forced to consider other alternatives.

I'm attaching the log plus System Report and perhaps if someone at Acronis could be bothered to take a look at these they might be willing to let me into the secret of just what has malfunctioned THIS particular time - and why.

If it turns out to be something that I've neglected to do, or have done wrong, I'll be only too glad to eat humble pie and apologize.
