TI Home 2011 frequent Freeze and restore question

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I just updated to TI2011 and faced a couple of issues which i hope i can get some help with.
I am using Win7+SP1 on a new pc that i installed fresh with only motherboard drivers so its clean.

I start with my question which is my main concern. I am very used to the old interface which i actually prefer but any how i have made a few backups and wanted to test and see if i can recover them and surely it does work ok but the strange thing is after i re-cover in the "My Backups" section the one i have recovered is shown as 0byte and the "Recover" option is also gone!
Is it suppose to behave like this? of course i can click the backup button again and create a new (identical) backup but i dont see the point since i already have this file. Can you please explain if this is a bug or by design. If latter please explain why the extra step is needed and if i can by pass this (i dont understand the need since i always take single version backups).

Next is the freeze problem that happened 2 times in 1 day. First freeze happened when i created a vhd. Just in the end everything frooze (including windows). I had to hard reset the pc. Next it happened when i actually pressed the "Help-->Customer support" from the program. Again i hard reset (holding power button for a while) and re-tested the same scenario but it worked this time (lunching the IE). It seems TI2011 is a bit buggy at the moment :( any plans for a new version perhaps?

Regards
/Reza

Now i'm really worried, TI 2011 freezes every 2-3 time i use it. I start the pc , start a backup and bam it freezes after a few second.
I attach a system report also in case it helps pinpoint why this happens. Maybe it dont like SSD disk or something like that...?

It is known, but still a bug, that the backup you restore doesn't show up correctly after the restore. Don't worry though, let ATI continue its work. The TIB file is still there...

I don't know what causes the program to freeze. It seems like a general Windows software issue. I would try uninstalling, reboot and reinstalling. If this persists, disable all non-microsoft and non-Acronis services in msconfig, restart the computer and see if Acronis is stable.
