TI Started to Crash During Launch

Hi All,

I've been using TI 2010 (with the latest update) for a while. Today, after performing a recovery of MS SQL Server folder, I am no longer able to launch TI. It crashes during launching with no specific message. All I get is W7 popup saying that TI stopped working.

I tried un-installing the product, rebooting and re-installing the product but still getting the same issue.

Below is the info from the W7 event log and I attached the AcronisInfo zip file. I also noticed the crash happens when TI is trying to initialize on my D drive which is RAID5. however this used to work until 1 hour ago.
