TI9 does not start from BartPE

Have you verified the TI files made it into the build?

If you browse to the program and try to start it, does it work?

I can find 8 Files in the x:\Programs\Acronis Directory:
Trueimage.exe
bootmenu.exe
bootwiz.sys
f11.cfg
kernel.dat
mouse.com
ramdisk.dat
timounter.dll

TrueImage does even not start from the cmd.
When I start this Trueimage.exe from an Running Windowssystem, the Application starts but it does not work at a later point "E000101F4"-but it starts...

Are those the only files in the BartPE installation folder for the plugin? My TI 9 BartPE CD was created using mustang's plugin (which includes a lot more than the Acronis version).

As far as I can tell, there should also be a Drivers folder (Acronis\Drivers) that contains snapapi.dll and snapman.sys.

Are you using TI 9 Home or one of the Workstation versions?

in the source-dir there is an subdir called "Drivers" with the two files "snapapi.dll" and "snapman.sys". These files are on the Bartpe-CD in the folders i386/system32/snapapi.dll and i386/system32/drivers/snapman.sys.

I´m using Acronis True Image Enterprise Server Version 9.1 (Build 3.854).

What can i do?

Are you using the Acronis BartPE plugin?

Did you try recreating the BartPE build?

Are you using the latest build available?

If you have any other programs included in the build, do they all work properly?

Yes, i am using the BartPE Plugin from the latest available Build and i created it on two different VMWare Computers.
I have not included any external program to the BartPE. But the other "internal" Programs on BartPE work fine.
What a external Program should i include?

Has Anyone, any idea?

Have you tried mustang's plugin? (If you don't want to buy it, it's okay. I'm just asking if you have it, if you've tried it.)

What source are you using for your BartPE build?

Is TIES installed in the VM? If so, does it start and run correctly from there?

Have you created any TIES BartPE builds using any previous builds of TIES? (Is it only the 3,854 build causing this problem?)

Has anyone tried this? I've tried builds 3854 and 2273, both fail. Followed the exact instructions in http://kb.acronis.com/content/1506 .. been trying for over a year to make this work.

I've tried using three medias (Windows XP Home SP2 OEM, HP Windows XP Home, Dell Windows XP Home) and the following plugins only:

a43 File Management Utility
Acronis True Image
Bart's Stuff Test
BartPE Installer v2
BartPE Network Support
Boot Fix
Check Disk
Customize
Keyboard Layout
Nu2Menu
Nu2Shell

Serial Mouse
Startup Group

They build with no errors (sometimes warnings because of OEM disks) but they build the ISO perfectly. Tried Burning the ISO and booting with it, boots fine, Acronis will not start (either in Command Line or Menu) Tried in a virtualbox, same issue.

Do note, that if you start trueimage.exe from c:\pebuilder\plugins\acronis\trueimage.exe, it DOES startup. I'm thinking we're missing a few more files to put in there or maybe something missing from the registry?

- tried adding additional files, no go.
- Tried adding:
0x1, "Acronis\TrueImage\Settings", "MainExePath", "\Programs\Acronis\TrueImage.exe"
No go.
