TIH 2012 Bootable Media Reports File System Error

Thread needs solution

I'm trying to use the bootable media (latest version for TIH 2012) to create a one time, full disk backup.
When I select the disk and hit next, I get a warning that there are errors and the backup will have to process in sector-by-sector mode.

If I run the backup in Windows, it doesn't complain about anything.

My disk is an Intel RAID 0 array.
AcronisReport.exe lists "33 (Unable to create volume snapshot)" on both partitions (the 100 MB recovery partition created by Windows 7, and my main system partition).

I was planning on updating the firmware on my SSDs, then doing a secure wipe and restore to increase the performance a bit. I normally do a backup from within Windows, excluding certain files and folders, but I wanted a total, bare-metal backup that I could use immediately after refreshing my SSDs.

I've already run chkdsk with the option to recover bad sectors on both partitions.

If it were me, I would rerun the checking for errors on BOTH partitions.
Is there any other partitons on the disk as listed when viewed from Windows Disk Management graphical view?
