TIH12 rejects to validate the disk backup

Hello

After realizing a disk backup, TIM12 rejects to validate with an error message to select the storage folder first and opens a mini-explorer.
- In the configuration procedere, TIM12 assigns the disk type as backup name. I cannot change this.
- In the official name field of the configuration procedere, I indicate my own name (different).
- In the backups list, TIM12 indicated my name, not the automatically assigned TIH12 name.

TIM12 repeates the request endlessly even if I indicate the correct storage folder or directly the backup file.

What's wrong?

Could you please specify us where the backup is stored exactly? Screenshot of the error, and Acronis info from the problem machine would also be useful in this case.

Thanks for answering.

I guess the problem is related to a very slow internal update procedure of the WD ByBookLive HDD used in this case.
- After several hours of internal activities (continuous blicking), I could realize the validation procedure.
- WD did not yet react to my question on this behalf ...

I come up with the case aagain, if necessary.
