Too Many Activations - can't actiate on new machine despite following instructions

I have a licensed copy of Acronis True Image 2009 that I have updated to Acronis True Image 2014. I have since purchased a new computer, and was presented with the "too many activations" message. I have tried to re-do the activation by running the "activate" tool from the "Help" menu, but the script was not able to be completed due to errors. The screen shot is shown in the attached file.
I am running Windows 8.1, running on a Thinkpad E430c with 6 GB of RAM.
I would be grateful if someone can point me to a solution, or at least to a link to email someone at Acronis. I have registered 4 Acronis products before previously, and have changed machines before without this problem.
