Transferring Full Backup to New Laptop

Hey, all. My laptop (64-bit running Windows 10) is on the verge of dying, so I made a full backup with Acronis 2015 and want to transfer the data to my new laptop (also a 64-bit running Windows 10). I can't seem to find a tool to simply "restore" the backed up data onto a hard drive. Any ideas?
