true 2011 image plus pack Step by Step Request

I have read all kinds of post on restoring to different hardware, and the more I read the more I get confused.

Can someone give me a step by step procedure to restore to a different computer, I am going from: Dell desktop Win XP Pro to HP desktop win XP Pro I will upgrade the OS after I make the move.

I have Acronis True Image Home 2011 Plus Pack update 3 (build 6942)

At the current time both the desktops are working fine. (the dell is older and slower)

I would REALLY appreciate a step by step,
