True Image 11- Failed to execute the script.

Tried to do full backup of discs.
Using v 11.0 Build 8,101
Using XP Media Center Edition
Tried to back up discs to external disk connected by USB.
First of all error message that RPC was not available- downloaded
file from Acronis- that fixed that problem but then this error message displayed.

Failed to run the task.
Failed to execute the script Error #2
The system cannot find the file specified.

All disks are
displayed on Acronis including the back up disk external destination.

Any suggestions for fixing problem welcome.
Have searched KB but cannot see a relevant post.
