True Image 2013 and Win 8 Intergration

Thread needs solution

I have intergrated True Image into Win 8 and now I have error messages about Boot problems on bootup. How does one remove the intergration. Also, I just recently upgraded from 2012 to 2013 plus the plus pack. Yet support has expired. What is the companies support position from the time of purchase....How long before they forget about you.

Did you enable the Acronis Recovery Startup Manager? If yes, you disable it by booting the computer on the Acronis recovery CD.
