True Image 2013 server not available
Hi,
I'm using Acronis true image for several years already. 2 weeks ago I started receiving errors about server not available on my scheduled backup. The codes are below. No information can be found on the cause of these errors.
Event code: 0x000B00F9+0x009806A7+0x00980192
Operation has completed with errors.
0x9F2C53C72E8BCD1F
I'm able to login through website to my account and see old backups.
There was no noticeable change to the computer running the SW.
Any help will be appreciated. Trouble shooting tips etc.
David

operaflute, sorry but too little information to know where to start trying to help with this problem?
What version of Windows OS do you have?
What build version of ATIH 2013 do you have? The final build was #6514 for the 2013 version.
What type of backup are you running? Is this for disks & partitions, or files & folders?
Where is the backup destination? Is this to the Acronis Cloud or to a local or network drive?
What messages are shown in the Acronis Logs for the backup task?

In reply to operaflute, sorry but too… by truwrikodrorow…

Right, I know better than that!
Windows 10, backup to Acronis cloud, Acronis 2013 build 6154, happens with files/folder back up (haven't tried full disk/partition to cloud)
Log as in original post:

Thanks for the further information.
Quick statement: ATIH 2013 and Windows 10 is not a support combination. See KB 56196: Windows 10 support in Acronis products which has the following:
Older versions of Acronis products
Support of Windows 10 will not be implemented into older versions of Acronis products (e.g. Acronis True Image 2014 or older, Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 or older, Acronis Snap Deploy 4 or older), as Acronis development team works on the current versions only. Stable functioning of older products on Windows 10 is not guaranteed.
The above said, see also KB 47145: Acronis Cloud Connection Verification Tool along with KB 4350: Acronis Backup to Cloud access ports and hostnames and use the verification tool to check your specific cloud server for your backup.
If you are still having a problem, then you should start a Live Chat with Acronis Support which you should be entitled to use given you have an Acronis Cloud subscription - sign in to your Acronis account then click on Support in the left column which will show you your subscription and an option for live chat.

Connection verified successfully, but out of time for this project today. Computer problems generally crop up faster than they can be solved!
Thank you for the information!
