True Image 2013 stuck on Windows 8.1 Pro x64

Hi,

I've installed Acronis True Image 2013 on Win8.1Pro x64. Run it and have created backup of my HDD to external HDD. ATI2013 was installed by admnin user, but run with regular user with entering admin password. Sime time later, after computer was restrated, I've run ATI2013 and it was started without any messages, but main screen shows message "Loading, please wait..." and window title contains "(Not Responding)".

Please, advice what can be checked/changed.

Hi Max,

I am using Windows 8 and wanted to upgrade to 8.1. I have run the windows upgrade assistant app from MS and apparently Acronis True Image 2013 is not compatible with Windows 8.1 so I will have to install Acronis True Image 2014 to proceed.
