True Image 2014 will not boot to Windows

Thread needs solution

I've used 2012 to clone my drive for some time, but yesterday it stopped working. It stopped on a screen that said, "Reading all physical volumes. This may take some time." Long story short, I upgraded to 2014.

Installed 2014 and when the computer booted, it stopped at a screen with a line of ASCII characters. It won't go on to Windows, unless I press the ENTER key. click here to see the screen http://gunawan.net/acronis.jpg I still can't clone my drive 'coz when I rebooted the computer, it stopped at that screen, and when I pressed the enter key, it went straight to Windows.

Uninstalled 2014, and it booted normally, except for a "MBR Error 3" displayed for a few seconds, but it then went straight to Windows. Reinstalled 2014, and that screen with a line of ASCII characters re-appered. (http://gunawan.net/acronis.jpg). I tried to uninstall and re-install about 6 times yesterday, and I chatted with 3 different support persons, and they couldn't solve the problem.

I've been using Acronis for many year, but if they can't solve this problem I may have to say goodbye to them.

Any thoughts will be appreciated. Thank you!

I have a similar situation. Have been using Acronis for several years. Upgraded to 2014 from 2012. Now 2012 will not work and 2014 although the installation went smoothly the program will not start.
Any help or suggestions on how I can get a response from Acronis appreciated.
Thanks,

As your problem is not the same as the original poster, please begin a new thread where it may be discussed properly. Otherwise the thread will become confusing as it won't be clear which user's problem is being addressed.
