True Image 2015 backup doesn't start - Planning Service is not working well

Hi there,
actually I Use TI2015 (actual build) on 5 computers. On my server machine TI2015 often does not start the 07.00 a.m. task. One chance to fix it, is to stop the planning service and to restart it. This happens very often, and this can not be a solution to fix this issue manually. Has somebody the same experience and also a better solution.
Acronis wants me to pay 20 € for a solution. When I buy a software I expect, that it is bug-free. And when there is a bug, the developer of the software should not also get money for that. In my point of view this isn't the right way to get satisfied costumers. Other products have a much better support solution...
