True Image backup fails everyone once in a while

Thread needs solution

Once in a while backup fails.
I have it set to do 1 full, then 6 differentials. Here is the log of a failed instance:

1 Information 1/31/2011 1:00:03 AM Operation Sayen Bookkeeping started.
2 Information 1/31/2011 1:00:10 AM Analyzing partition '0-0'...
3 Information 1/31/2011 1:00:11 AM Analyzing partition 'C:'...
4 Information 1/31/2011 1:00:11 AM Analyzing partition 'E:'...
5 Information 1/31/2011 1:00:11 AM Analyzing partition '0-0'...
6 Information 1/31/2011 1:00:12 AM Analyzing partition 'F:'...
7 Information 1/31/2011 1:00:13 AM Priority changed to Low.
8 Information 1/31/2011 1:00:13 AM Create Differential Backup Archive From: NTFS (C:) To file: "F:\Sayen_Bookkeeping7.tib" Compression: Normal
9 Information 1/31/2011 1:00:13 AM Pending operation 147 started: 'Creating partition image'.
10 Information 1/31/2011 1:00:13 AM Locking partition C:...
11 Error 1/31/2011 5:08:47 AM Operation with partition 'C:' was terminated.Details:Not enough memory (0x70002) Tag = 0x82DB9339B70C3B24
13 Error 1/31/2011 5:08:48 AM Operation has completed with errors.

The computer is a vista 32bit, with 4gigs of ram. Backing up c: partition with 204gigs free out of 298.
The drive being backed up to is an external WD 1tb with 798gigs free of 931g.
So why am I getting a not enough memory error every once in a while?
The backup scheme is not set to validate after every backup as I've had problems with that screwing things up.
Any ideas?

Hello Sam,

Thank you for posting. I will do my best to help you.

It is very likely that this error message indicates what it means, the computer is running out of RAM. Also, the log says that you are creating a differential backup and our software has to check the previous full backup.

Do you have other processes running in the background? How about virtual memory?

If you have additional questions, please let me know.

Thank you.
