True Image cannot detect hard drive for image Backup

Hi

I am trying to backup a Acer Travelmate notebook with Win7 64bit by using the ISO boot disc.

I have tried 2011 which loads but doesn't detect the partitions and the 2013 version which doesn't even recognise the CD/DVD (as I have tried from both).

If I use the 2011 version I can see the drives by going through the 'My Data' backup option but not by choosing the 'Disk and Partition' option.

This is so frustrating and this forum is so unuser friendly.
