True Image Echo Ent. Server 9.7.8398 hang up at 0 percent
Hello,
i've a problem with True Image Echo Enterprise Server V9.7.8398 on an Windows 2008 R2 Server. When i try to backup a couple of folders on my local harddisk to an other local harddisk the backuptask hangs up. The path that i can see in the progresswindows seems to be the same one on every backuptry where the task hangs up. So i tried to backup this folder seperatly and this task completes without any error. When i start the backuptask without this folder then it looks like it works also. It seems that something is wrong with the folder when it is part of the whole backuptask.
Any tips for me how to solve this problem?
Is it possible to get an detailed log of the backuptask where i can see which files/folders are in progress and which one have succesfully backup up to get information about where the tasks hangs up?
Thanks for support...

Hello Mark,
Please accept our profound apologies for the delay with the response.
There are several possible reasons of the issue: sometimes Acronis True Image can't back up files that are used with the other applications. The second possible reason is that there is an issue with the compression algorithm. To avoid this, in the task options, set the compression level to none or try running separate backup tasks, so that the amount of files in a onetime backup will be reduced.
Backup of the whole hard disk drives or partitions should run successfully regardless of the amount of files on the disks. The issue is only with the file backup. When you back up the whole hard disk drives or partitions, Acronis product creates a snapshot of the system. When you run a file backup, the product creates a copy of each file and puts it into a TIB archive keeping the folder structure.
Please note that Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 can back up more than 10 million files in one task.
