True Image Home 11 build 6597 won't install over build 5519
Hi,
I have a full version of True Image Home 11 build 5519 (Russian) running on Win7 32.
I can't install newer build 6597 neither via live update nor after I download and run the installer.
I'm installing from the admin account and run the installer file as admin.
The error messages (attached) say that certain files can't be opened due to Win Internet security settings.
I have never seen such messages while installing any programm incl TIH 2011 build 5519.
Please advise how to solve the problem
To google it in English, it's "Windows security - these files can't be opened - your internet security settings prevented one or more files from being opened". It might have something to do IE settings.

Other suggestions include check for viruses.
Thank you very much dev-anon, I realised that this issue is not specific to the Acronis soft.
The solutions on this forum and in the links you posted didn't solve my problem, but
I googled out another solution that did: I replaced the registry entry for Internet settings with the
settings which I copied from the new admin user account I created.
