True Image Home 2011 Boot Media doesn't see second external USB drive

I have two external USB Western Digital 1TB drives on my system. These drives are exactly the same and show the same driver under Windows. When I run TIH 2011 from Windows it sees both drives. However, when I run it from bootable CD media, it only sees one of them. I've tried burning my bootable CD both from within the product and from the ISO download (build #6597) from Acronis. They both behave the same way.

I'm quite puzzled. Does anyone have any ideas?

Does it depend on drive or USB port it's plugged into? If you leave only one of them, is it seen?
