"True Image Home 2011: PC Backup and Recovery Plus (PC)" = TI Home 2011 with Plus Pack or not?

I've seen "Acronis True Image Home 2011: PC Backup and Recovery Plus (PC)" for sale which lists the usual TI Home 2011 features plus restoring to dissimilar hardware which is a plus pack feature. However the price difference to "Acronis True Image Home 2011: PC Backup and Recovery (PC)" sold by the same vendors is fairly small so I am wondering if this is really TI Home 2011 with the full Plus Pack or just TI Home 2011 with part of the features of the usual Plus Pack. It certainly doesn't appear to be just the plus pack add-on.
Does anyone have this version or can someone from Acronis confirm what exactly this version contains?
