True Image Home 2011 - Single Full Backup File Naming

Thread needs solution

Hello. Although this is not causing a problem per se, it is an annoyance and I would like to resolve the file naming if possible. I've tried recreating my backup but always seems to want to use these giant hex naming convention. See the output email below for details. I'm only doing a full back of my C drive to my E drive. My backup has C_Drive as the only thing in the name. Any ideas what is happening with the name?

What you are describing is not normal. The normal is the user assigned name.

One starting point might be to restart the 2011 installation program and it will offer a REPAIR option.
This will overwrite the existing files with new files.

If that does not solve the issue, I would run the TI Cleanup utility (link below in signature) and then do a fresh install of 2011.
